Thet Naing Soe is a Burmese-Canadian Software Engineer with two decades of experience in corporate strategy, business operation, program management, and software development as he contributed as a Group COO/CTO/CIO, entrepreneur, founder, and mentor in various North American and Asian organizations.

His objective for the past few years has been to lead digital initiatives in Asia using Blockchain for FinTech and Enterprise use cases while his portfolios for the past decade included leading disruptive digital initiatives for the agriculture and education sectors in Myanmar with the help of exponential technology such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and blockchain.

In his continuing effort to achieve the NBG corporation's vision and mission, he spearheads transformational initiatives that support our corporate business strategy for our group.

Khin Hnin Soe is currently the Academic Director at Nex Bridge Global (NBG) Education, where she leads an international academic team committed to providing quality education for the people of Myanmar.

With over 20 years of professional experience—most of which has been spent in the field of education—she has taught at Republic Polytechnic (RP) and the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) in Singapore. Prior to her career in education, she worked as an electronics engineer at Motorola and Philips in Singapore.

Originally from Myanmar, she left her homeland nearly three decades ago and continued her education across Singapore, Canada, and the UK. She holds a Master of Education (MEd) from the University of Western Australia, a Master of Science (MSc) in Communications Engineering from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) from Brunel University in the UK.
